Billing and subscriptions
SoloTrack Pro in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple under your App Store account. To manage or cancel an iOS subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Select SoloTrack and adjust your subscription.
For App Store refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem page.
Quick FAQ
How do I export my logbook?
From inside the App, open Import / Export and choose CSV or PDF. The PDF export is intended for handing to a CFI or DPE; the CSV export is intended for migrating between tools.
Will my data sync across iPhone and iPad?
Only if you turn on iCloud sync. SoloTrack syncs flights and templates via Apple's CloudKit using your own Apple ID. Onboarding state, custom airports, notification memory, and the timer remain device-local.
Does SoloTrack work without internet?
Yes. SoloTrack is offline-first. Logging, currency calculations, widgets, App Shortcuts, and the Live Activity all work without a network connection.
