How do I track my PPL progress?
Open the Progress tab. SoloTrack breaks your hours into the six FAR 61.109 categories — Total Time, Dual, Solo, Cross-Country, Night, and Instrument — and shows where you stand against each requirement. See the currency & progress guide.
How does the timer / Live Activity work?
Start a flight session in the App or via an App Shortcut, and the elapsed time appears as an iOS Live Activity on your lock screen and Dynamic Island. When you stop the session, one tap prefills your logbook entry. There is one active session at a time.
How do I import flights from another logbook?
Use Import / Export. SoloTrack supports Auto Detect plus presets for SoloTrack CSV, ForeFlight-style, LogTen-style, MyFlightBook-style, and Generic CSV. Duplicate detection prevents double entries.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can manage SoloTrack Pro subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device. Refunds are processed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I request data deletion?
Because SoloTrack is local-first, deleting flights inside the App or removing the App from your device will remove your local data. If you used iCloud sync, also remove SoloTrack data from your device's iCloud settings. For any further questions, email Contact@solo-track.com.
Reporting bugs
When emailing a bug report, please include:
- iOS version (Settings > General > About).
- SoloTrack version (Settings inside the App).
- Steps to reproduce.
- What you expected vs. what happened.
- A screenshot if relevant.
